Email

hello@its-tahir.com

Use email for everything: bugs, feature ideas, corrections to a guide, privacy questions, and partnership or press questions. Replies usually take a few days. Never send your SauceNAO key, by email or anywhere else.

Search engines change their upload pages without notice, so a report that one stopped working is often the first we hear of it. Tell us which engine and roughly when it broke.

What to include in a bug report

A good report lets us reproduce the problem on the first try. Please include:

  • Your browser and device: for example, Chrome on Android, or Safari on iPhone with the iOS version.
  • The engine: SauceNAO, IQDB, Google Lens, Yandex, Bing, the SauceNAO key panel, or find by description.
  • What happened: what you clicked, what you expected, and what you saw instead. Copy any error message exactly.
  • The page address: especially for find by description, where the filters are in the address.
  • A screenshot of the problem, if you can. Please do not attach adult images.

What we can and can't help with

We can fix problems with MangaTrace itself: buttons that do nothing, an engine hand-off that broke, a crop that looks wrong, a guide with outdated steps. We can't change what an engine finds or remove a result from another site, and we can't identify a specific manga for you by email. For that, the guide to finding a manga from a picture and find by description are the fastest routes, and the r/manga and r/manhwa help threads are good when both fail.

Copyright and content concerns

MangaTrace hosts no manga and stores no uploaded images. If you are a rights holder with a concern about something on this site, such as an example in a guide, email us with the page address and we will look at it quickly.
